We're a small, family-owned company based in Defiance, OH that takes pride in respect, safety, and having a " family-first" mentality. We've also just increased our pay for Regional truck drivers and reduced our Detention payout wait time to 1 hour! Detention is just one of the many "activity-based" pays that we've revised as you'll see below! We want to make sure you get paid for ALL of the things that take time off your clock as a Professional Truck Driver, not just the time driving.
As a Regional Truck Driver for Keller, you can expect:
Customizable home time - Most drivers are home 3 out of 4 weekends
2,400-3,400 miles/week
Average pay $1300-$1600 weekly (Based on Experience)
'All-In' average CPM: $0.58
Annual pay increases
Guaranteed Weekly Pay Program of $1000 (This is the absolute minimum you will make every week)
$20/hr. after 1 hour detention time
$100/night layover pay
$5 for every drop and/or hook
$20 for every live load and/or unload
$20/hr breakdown pay
$15 for every stop-off
9 times out of 10, know your next dispatch before empty
