WEEKLY DEDUCTIONS:
• Trailer fee: Reefer $1,500 monthly - $375 weekly
DV $800 Monthly - $200 weekly
• Cargo liability insurance: DV $1200, RF $1500 monthly
• Physical damage insurance: your own
• Occ/Acc insurance: /
• Plates/permits/registation: available, $500 wkl for 4 weeks
• 2290 Highway Tax form:$550 - split into 2/3 payments
• ELD-200 monthly
